This book provided an excellent paradigm for organizing a person's life to achieve accomplishments far greater than their current level, while simultaneously building a deeper, spiritual foundation to make those accomplishments meaningful for the individual and the people and community that they interact with. She lays out nine practices, interweaving day to day life with the teachings of Jesus.

Rather than viewing the life of Christ as a mystic, this author looks at the life of Christ as a man who was able to see clearly the way we all can live.
